How can I place an order online?
It is easy to place an order in the Cars Jeans webshop and you do not need an account. An account is useful if you want to order online from Cars Jeans more often so we can keep all your data and order history for you.
Ready to shop at Cars Jeans
- Find the items you like, select the right size and color. Then click on "Order". The item will now be added to your shopping cart.
- When you have found all items and added them to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner. You will get an overview of all the items you have added.
- Go to the next step. Here you can login to your account or continue as a guest.
- Enter your address data or check the data from your account.
- Choose your shipping method
- Choose how you want to pay and complete your order. You will now be linked to the selected payment method to complete your payment and order.
Can I place an order without an account?
It is not necessary to create an account for your order. You can also order as a guest. However, it has advantages to create an account. You can always easily find back which items and sizes you have ordered before and we save your address information so you do not have to enter it with a new order.
I have placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation.
It can happen that the order confirmation ends up in your junk mail. We advise you to always check your junk mail or spam folder first. If the mail is not there either, it is possible that it arrives later. How do I know what size I have?
If you have received an article from Cars Jeans before, you can easily find the size in the other article. If you are not sure, you can always consult our Size Chart. On almost every product page you will find a link to our Size Chart so you can take some simple measurements to find out which size is best for you.
How do I know if my order has been processed correctly?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code so you can keep an eye on the delivery.
Can I still change my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order once the payment has been completed. However, we can see if we can still cancel the order if it has not yet been processed at the warehouse. You can always place a new order.
Can I still cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed at the warehouse, we can still cancel it. If the order has already been prepared for shipment, in most cases this is no longer possible. However, you can choose not to accept the order upon delivery. This will then be returned to us and upon receipt we will refund the order including any shipping costs paid into the account with which the payment was made.
If an item is not available in my size, can I still order it?
If an item is no longer available in the desired size, this size cannot be ordered. However, you can always check with one of our points of sale to see if the item is still available there.
How can I pay at Cars Jeans and is it secure?
You can pay for your order at Cars Jeans using iDeal, Visa or Mastercard.
Available to most Dutch banks (including ABN Amro Bank, Rabobank, Fortis and ING). For security reasons, the transaction takes place through your online bank account. Payment is easy and takes place based on the same strict security regulations as your own bank.
Available for Visa and MasterCard. Your information is protected from third-party access. Most credit cards also require you to enter a security code and your orders are also immediately insured.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders with a total amount above € 59,- shipping is free. For orders below € 59, shipping costs are € 4.95 in the Netherlands and € 6.95 to Belgium and Germany for home delivery, and € 3.95 for delivery to a DHL Parcelshop.
What is the delivery time?
We try to ship orders placed until 3 p.m. on business days the same day. It is possible that we can't make it due to busy times. We use a delivery time of 1 - 3 working days. After we have sent the order you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code so you can track the delivery yourself. If you have not heard from us within 4 days and have not received your package, please contact our customer service via the contact form or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if I have received a damaged or wrong item?
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service via the contact form or via email@example.com. They will take care of your complaint. In most cases we will ask you to send photos of the item.
How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with part or all of your order you can return it to us within 14 days. You will receive a return label in the box for this purpose. The cost for using the return label is € 4.99 which we will deduct from the amount to be refunded. For quick processing we advise you to fill in the enclosed return form as completely as possible.
If the original packaging is not damaged, use this to return your order. It is not possible to exchange an article. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return your current order to us.
The return process
- For quicker handling we recommend to add a completed return form to the package.
- Deliver your package to a DHL service point
- You will receive a 'proof of delivery'. This is a confirmation that you have delivered the package. Keep this proof. Track your package with the "return number" on your proof of delivery. Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
What is the cost for returns?
We do not offer free returns. The cost for returns is €4.99 when shipped via DHL. We will deduct this amount from the amount to be refunded. Please use the return label provided by us.
Why can't I return my package for free?
By not offering free shipping, we hope that people will think better about what they order and thus reduce returns and the number of movements of carriers. In doing so, we hope to contribute to lower C02 emissions due to fewer movements by carriers.
How do I know if my return has arrived at Cars Jeans?
Once you have returned your package to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation. This way you can always see if your package has reached us. After your return has been processed, we will also send you a confirmation email that you can view the processing of your return in your account.

When will I receive my payment back?
We strive to refund the amount of your return within 14 days to the account with which was paid. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact our customer service via the contact form or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are shipping costs also refunded?
If you return the entire order and have paid shipping costs, we will refund the shipping costs (these are not the costs for the return shipment). If you return part of your order we will only refund the amount of the returned items.
To which countries can you ship my order?
Currently it is possible to have your order delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Other countries will be added in the future.
Where can I make a complaint?
If you are not satisfied with an article from Cars Jeans, we always recommend that you first contact the retailer. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the retailer or if the item was purchased in the Cars Jeans webshop, please contact our customer service via the contact form or via email@example.com.
What is the warranty on my order?
On all items you have at least 6 months legal warranty. As soon as you report an item complaint to us after the warranty period, we will see if the warranty still applies and what the appropriate solution is for the problem. Where can I find points of sale for Cars Jeans?
We do not have our own stores, but you can buy us in different outlets. You can find all of them via our store locator.
Why does the color of the item I received differ from the color of the item on the website?
This is probably due to your monitor settings. The settings on your monitor can affect the color of the items you view.
Why can't certain items be delivered to Germany, but they can be delivered to the Netherlands?
Due to trademark law, Cars Jeans is not allowed to deliver items with CRS on them to Germany. We offer these items in the Netherlands but not in Germany. This is also stated on the products. If you would like to have the article delivered to Germany, we will unfortunately cancel the order and the amount paid will be refunded to the account used to make the payment.
